AUTO BODY ESTIMATOR

SEEKING QUALIFIED AUTO BODY ESTIMATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Inspect damaged vehicles and Provide accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE.
-Communicate with customers to explain repair processes, costs, and timelines.
-Manage insurance companies DRP accounts and ensure compliance with guidelines.
-Interact with technicians to confirm repair plans and update estimates as necessary.
-Maintain detailed records of all estimates, repairs, and communications.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-3+ years of experience as an Auto Body Estimator.
-Proven experience with DRP accounts and working with insurance companies.
-Proficiency in CCC ONE estimating and management system.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Experience with CCC ONE and Mitchell a plus.
-Experience with using Part Traders.
-Self starter and able to work independently
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
-Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
