We are looking for an experienced and motivated Auto Body Estimator / Shop Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality collision repair.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE
Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process.
Schedule repairs and manage daily shop workflow.
Order parts and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Monitor production, profitability, and efficiency.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator, Shop Manager, or similar role.
Experience with collision estimating software (CCC ONE preferred).
Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claims.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
