We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing, painting, and refinishing vehicles while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming.
Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications.
Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray equipment.
Inspect finished work to ensure a high-quality, professional finish.
Buff, polish, and perform touch-ups as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an automotive painter or auto body paint technician preferred.
Knowledge of automotive paint systems, mixing, and refinishing techniques.
Ability to operate spray guns and related painting equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
