Alioto’s Auto Body- Napa is looking for a motivated and dependable Painter Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the collision repair industry and work alongside experienced paint technicians.
Responsibilities:

• Vehicle preparation including masking, sanding, and cleaning
• Assist painters with paint-related tasks
• Maintain paint shop cleanliness and organization
• Mix and handle materials as directed
• Buff, polish, and perform final detailing as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
• Support team members to ensure timely vehicle delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous auto body or paint shop experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
