Daland Body Shop Inc. is looking for a motivated and dependable R&I Technician to join our busy collision repair facility.

This is a great opportunity to learn the collision repair business, develop your skills, and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The primary responsibility of our R&I Technician is to disassemble vehicles for damage inspection and estimating, then properly reassemble the vehicle after it has completed the body and paint process.

Responsibilities include:

Disassembling vehicles for inspection and repair

Removing and installing trim, panels, lights, interior components and other parts
Preparing vehicles for the repair process
Reassembling vehicles after body and paint repairs
Making sure components are properly installed and functioning correctly
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Working closely with our body and paint technicians
LEARN & ADVANCE

This is more than just an R&I position.

You will be paired with an experienced Master Technician, giving you hands-on training and the opportunity to learn proper collision repair procedures while developing your automotive skills.

As your skills and knowledge grow, there is room for advancement and increased responsibility.

Previous collision repair experience is necessary.
