Auto Body Shop Helper / Body Technician

We are looking for a full-time experienced auto body helper/body technician for our collision repair shop in Monroe, WA.

Applicants should already have hands-on auto body repair experience and be able to work independently on common collision repair tasks.

Main duties include:

• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly (R&I)
• Body repair and panel straightening
• Welding
• Grinding and metal preparation
• Frame pulling and basic structural repair
• Dent repair and body filler work
• Sanding and preparation for paint
• Removing and installing body panels, bumpers, doors, lights, and interior trim
• Assisting with other collision repair work as needed

We are looking for someone hardworking, dependable, productive, and interested in long-term employment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time.

Pay depends on experience and skill level.
