The deal:

Keep 60% of all frame labor you bill (typical shops pay you 30–40%)
25–30 billed hrs/week = roughly $1,800–$2,200/week
Guaranteed weekly floor your first 90 days while volume ramps
No buy-in, no tools needed for the rack — bring your hand tools

You:

Real frame/structural experience — you can set up a pull, read specs, and measure
I-CAR structural training a plus
Reliable and ready to build your own book of business, with a path to running the bay as your own operation
