114 Collision Center in Rhome Texas is looking for a skilled, dependable professional to join our busy collision-repair team. We offer steady work, competitive pay, and a shop that respects experienced technicians and their craftsmanship.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER
✅ Competitive [hourly/flat-rate] pay: Starting $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hr.
✅ Consistent, year-round workload

🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ [3–5]+ years of collision-repair experience
✅ Structural and non-structural repair skills
✅ Experience replacing and aligning welded and bolt-on panels
✅ Strong metal-finishing, body-filler, and panel-fit skills
✅ Ability to complete safe, efficient, OEM-quality repairs
✅ Dependable, productive, and detail-oriented

This is an opportunity for an experienced, career-minded technician—not an entry-level position.
