AUTO BODY TECHNICAN

Collision Works Mesa LLC is searching for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our award-winning Team! As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work and exceptional service. Responsibilities:

• Fill small dents or scratches with body fillers and smooth surfaces to prepare vehicle for painting.
• Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Performs quality prep work, (using abrasives, solvents, brushes, washing tanks,
• Disassemble, clean and reassemble sprayers and power equipment
• Utilize power tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs and restorations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols
• Participate in all required training and safety meetings

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in auto-body repair, preferably within a dealership or automotive shop environment.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and auto restoration techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all repairs.

Must have own tools
Must be 18 with valid, and clean driving record

Experience:

• Body Tech: 5 years (Required)
• Mechanical : 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person M-F 9:00-5:00
