Auto Body Technician – Immediate Hire

We are a busy and growing auto body shop located in Pompton Plains, NJ, seeking an experienced and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in auto body repair, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to daily shop operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform auto body repair and preparation work

Sanding, masking, body filler, panel repair, and assembly tasks
Assist with vehicle teardown and reassembly
Replace and install body components as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow shop procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience in auto body repair required

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
