Auto Body Technician – Immediate Hire

We are a busy and growing auto body shop located in Pompton Plains, NJ, and we are looking for an experienced and reliable Auto Body Technician to join our team immediately.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in auto body repair and be able to work independently while supporting daily shop operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform auto body repair and preparation work
Sanding, masking, panel repair, and assembly work
Assist with vehicle teardown and reassembly
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow shop procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in auto body repair required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
