AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN NEEDED

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team at Fix Auto Tacoma South. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models. This individual must be quality-minded, hardworking, and dedicated to meeting the highest industry level. Must be able to work individually and part of a multi-functioning team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Duties:

• Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame repairs.
• Disassemble and reassembly vehicle components as necessary for repairs.
• Utilize welding and fabrication techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Able to read estimates and write supplements.
• At least 5 year minimum of auto body repair experience.
• I-CAR certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
