Auto Detailer / Shop Helper Needed – Full-Time or Part-Time – Little Canada, MN

Renew Auto Worx in Little Canada is hiring auto detail help for a busy dealership reconditioning shop.

We need reliable people who can show up on time, work hard, and help keep vehicles moving through the shop.

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Work includes:

• Washing vehicles
• Vacuuming interiors
• Cleaning wheels and tires
• Wiping door jambs
• Cleaning floor mats
• Basic interior wipe-downs
• Moving vehicles in and out of the shop
• Helping prep vehicles for final detail
• Keeping the shop organized

Experience is helpful, but reliability is more important. We can train the right person, but you must be willing to work at a steady pace.

Pay:

• $18/hour during the trial period
• $20/hour after proving you can show up and work consistently
• Higher pay possible for experienced, reliable detailers
• Reliability bonus available for workers who show up every scheduled day and do quality work

This is physical work. You will be on your feet, bending, vacuuming, washing, cleaning wheels, and working around vehicles.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday daytime hours. Full-time or part-time available. Some weekend work may be available.

Requirements:

• Must be dependable
• Must show up on time
• Must communicate if there is ever a schedule issue
• Must be able to work at a steady pace
• Driver’s license preferred
