Automotive Technician / Mechanic

🔧 Requirements:

Must have your own tools

Reliable transportation
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently (for experienced techs)
Strong work ethic – we move fast
Must be dependable and show up ready to work

💰 Pay Structure (Performance-Based Growth):

Starting pay depends on experience and productivity

Entry-level / probationary period to prove skill and efficiency
Opportunity for quick pay increases based on performance
Bonus opportunities for efficiency and turnaround time

⚙️ Work Includes:

Inspections and diagnostics

Brakes, suspension, engine work
Getting inventory ready for sale
Light to moderate repairs (depending on skill level)
