Used car dealer is seeking an experienced reliable auto Mechanic / Automotive tech to join our dealership service team Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles
- Perform inspections, oil changes, brakes, engine work, electrical repairs, and scheduled maintenance
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Document repair findings and communicate clearly with the service advisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures
- Previous automotive repair or dealership technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work on a range of makes and models
- Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- ASE certification is a plus, but not required
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team
