Auto Mechanic (European Cars)

Location: Valrico, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No Weekends
Pay: $25.00+/Hr. (Based on Experience/Negotiation is Welcome)

IMPORTANT: Candidates must have previous professional experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles. Experience working primarily on domestic, Asian, diesel, heavy equipment, or other vehicle platforms without European automotive experience will not qualify for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, and MINI
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues
• Use factory-level diagnostic equipment and software such as ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, and Autel
• Read wiring diagrams, trace electrical faults, and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and road tests to confirm repairs
• Handle advanced diagnostic cases expected of a lead-level technician

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional European automotive diagnostic and repair experience
• Previous experience in a European dealership or independent European specialty repair shop
• Strong knowledge of European vehicle systems, electronics, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Experience with advanced scan tools, wiring schematics, oscilloscopes, and technical databases
• Must own a well-equipped professional toolbox
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• ASE certifications (A1–A8 or Master Technician) preferred
