Auto Mechanic or Brake/Suspensions

We are looking for an **experienced, reliable, and skilled automotive technician** who takes pride in performing quality, clean work.

Pay & Compensation

Pay is based on experience and demonstrated skill level. We are open to starting at an agreed-upon base rate, with opportunities for increases as you demonstrate your abilities, productivity, and quality of work.

We believe in paying fairly for proven skills, not just what someone claims they can do during an interview.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with substantial **real-world, hands-on automotive repair experience**, not someone who has only performed a few repairs at school or at home.

To save both your time and ours, please make sure you meet the following expectations:
1. **Extensive Repair Experience:** You should have completed hundreds of common automotive repairs, including brakes, suspension components, ball joints, and other mechanical repairs. We need someone who can confidently and independently perform these jobs.
2. **Own Tools Required:** You must have your own professional automotive tools. The shop does not provide individual hand tools. Having your own diagnostic scanner is a plus.
3. **Productivity:** Must be capable of consistently producing approximately **30–50 billable labor hours per week**, depending on workflow and available jobs.
4. **Quality Workmanship:** We expect clean, organized, accurate repairs. We value technicians who take pride in doing the job correctly the first time.
5. **Team Player:** This is a team environment. Everyone helps one another when needed, regardless of experience or position.
6. **Honesty & Accountability:** Be upfront about what you know and what you don't. We respect someone willing to learn much more than someone who claims to know everything but cannot perform the work.
