Job Overview:

As an Auto Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles. You will use your technical knowledge, mechanical skills, and attention to detail to identify vehicle issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently. Your goal is to ensure vehicles are reliable, safe, and operating at their best while providing excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake services, and fluid checks.
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and electrical problems.
Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Perform repairs and replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicles are operating properly.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and services performed.
Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle issues clearly to customers and service staff.

Qualifications:

Previous automotive repair experience preferred but not necessary.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and mechanical repair.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to use common automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
