Experienced Automotive Painter Wanted – Full Time
Northridge Body Works – Northridge, CA
Northridge Body Works is looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team. We are a busy, quality-focused body shop completing 8–10 vehicles per week, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers high-quality finishes.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) in a shop with a steady workflow and a positive team environment.

8601 Reseda Blvd
Northridge, CA
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Structure
Base salary + commission compensation
Pay every two weeks
Responsibilities
Prep, paint, and buff vehicles from start to finish
Spray using RM paint line
Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail
Work efficiently while delivering excellent results
Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience as an automotive painter
Experience with RM paint system
Ability to handle prep, paint, and buff
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable and professional
