Pay: $34 – $55 / hour (Competitive hourly pay based on experience + productivity bonuses)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are an established, independent auto repair shop in Rancho Bernardo with a close-knit, supportive team. Our workload is about 80% European (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW) and 20% Asian/Import (Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Lexus).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional hands-on mechanic experience.
- Vehicle Focus: Strong comfort level with maintenance, brakes, suspension, and general mechanical repair.
- No big egos required—just good work ethic and a desire to do a great job.
- Requirements: Own basic tools, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Monday through Friday schedule (Weekends off!).
