We are seeking a skilled and versatile Auto Body Combo Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of auto body repair and restoration tasks, ensuring vehicles are restored to their original condition with precision and care. Duties

Repair and restore vehicle bodies using auto body repair techniques, including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment adjustments
Perform welding tasks such as MIG welding and sheet metal fabrication to ensure structural integrity of repaired vehicles
Use power tools and hand tools efficiently for sanding, grinding, sanding, and detailing work
Install auto glass, perform auto painting using airless paint spraying equipment, and apply finishing touches for a flawless appearance
Conduct vehicle maintenance checks and assist with auto restoration projects to bring classic or damaged vehicles back to life
Measure, cut, solder, and fabricate sheet metal components as needed for custom repairs or modifications
Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, customer service inquiries, and vehicle assembly processes
Requirements

Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred
Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication techniques
Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures
Experience handling hand tools, power tools, and auto glass installation equipment
Knowledge of auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying and detailing skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about repairs and estimates
Automotive repair or mechanic experience is a plus; familiarity with auto estimating software is advantageous
Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all aspects of auto body work
