Auto Service Advisor Assistant – Full Time – Opportunity!

We are a high-performing independent automotive repair organization specializing in Subaru and other Japanese brands.

We are looking for a Service Advisor Assistant to support office operations, improve workflow efficiency, and enable a high level of customer communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling and workflow
Help manage our fleet of cars
Keep jobs moving between advisors, techs, and parts

Requirements:

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong communication skills - not afraid of the telephone
Able to handle multiple tasks at once without constant direction
Automotive experience preferred but not required
Basic understanding of automotive systems is preferred but not required
Experience in a shop environment, or parts is a plus
