Auto Shop Manager/Foreman

We’re looking for an experienced auto shop foreman or an advanced automotive tech who is ready to take the next step as Shop Foreman.

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm

Saturday 7:30am - 2:00pm

YOU MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE AS A TECHNICIAN TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching policy and procedure
Time and attendance of technicians including breaks and lunches
Making sure everyone is in uniform
Assigning vehicles to technicians
Inspecting inspections
Helping write concerns
Managing parts
Dispatching tow truck
Quality control
Shop organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of foreign and domestic vehicles and repair procedures.
Above average computer and typing skills
Valid Florida driver’s license.
NO DUI’s
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
