Auto Technician

We are a small family-owned business that understands the importance of both customer and employee satisfaction. We have low employee turnover and a great group of guys on staff. We are growing and need another technician to help provide the quality of work our customers have grown to expect in a reasonable timeframe.

We are looking for a technician with 5+ years of experience who would be considered an A or strong B tech. Someone that is self guided and confident working independently. Must have Michigan certs (ASE appreciated but not required) and have a valid driver license. Two dedicated hoists for this position.

Pay is offered as strictly flat rate or a hybrid pay scale of hourly plus flat rate - whichever you would prefer.

We currently have 4 technicians on staff as well as a lube tech who also helps maintain a clean shop.

We provide health insurance, paid vacation and sick pay.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 - 6:00. Technicians are expected to be at the shop at 8:00 and be done with work by 5:00 with the option of continuing to work until 6. Lunch can be taken whenever you need it.
