Auto Technician / Mechanic – Part Time

We are seeking technician (1 to 5 years of professional work experience) for Part Time work – 1 to 3 days per week. This role may grow into a full time job.

Some technicians think that Meineke’s do not do real work. THAT IS WRONG. We do everything. We handle check engine lights, timing belts, electrical issues, and welding.

Additionally, since we are NOT a dealer, we see all brands of cars. Working for us will expose you to all types of jobs and all brands of cars. You’ll learn more with us than working at a dealer.

Additionally, you’ll get exposed to the business side of things. You’ll learn about pricing and strategy.

Depending on experience, applicant will be used for:

• Tire replacement
• Brake jobs
• a/c recharging
• oil changes
• NYS inspections
• Inventory
• Checking In customers
• Creating quotes

Welding skills are a plus.
NY State Inspector’s Certificate is a plus.
Automotive school is a plus.
