We're actively looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role, not just collect a bigger title.
So, if you're an experienced tech who can run your own diagnostics, own your repairs, and build a solid estimate without being told twice, we want to talk to you. Light-duty diesel experience with Ford, GM, or RAM is a big plus. But mostly, we're looking for someone who's done settling.

HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS:
- $75K–$150K/year, based on your certifications, skills, and productivity
- SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match
- 50% employer-paid health insurance for you and your family, with dental and vision available
- Paid vacation: 1 week after 90 days, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 3 years
- 6 paid holidays, and yes, that includes actually having them off
- Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm... no weekends. Ever.
✓ YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND (NO FAVORITES) – No pet techs getting fed the gravy work while everyone else fights for scraps. Work gets dispatched fairly, and everything is transparent and above board.
✓ WORK-LIFE BALANCE (5-DAY WORK WEEK, NO WEEKENDS) – Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. Recharge on your weekends and actually be there for the people who matter to you.
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We're a growing shop with active marketing bringing in work year-round. You'll stay focused on production, not worrying about slow days.
✓ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – Domestic, light-duty diesel (Ford, GM, RAM), general automotive... there's real variety here, and a team of guys who share ideas and help each other figure things out.
