Autobody Technician / Collision Repair Tech – $28-$30 Flat Rate

Our MSO chain is seeking a full-time Autobody Technician with 3+ years of professional collision repair experience to join our local facility. In this role, you will disassemble vehicles, document hidden damage, repair structural components using frame racks and measuring systems, replace panels, and weld parts to OEM specifications. Candidates must own their own tools, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and demonstrate a strong knowledge of standard OEM procedures; I-CAR or ASE certifications are preferred but not required. We offer a flat rate of $28-$30 per hour based on experience, alongside a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and company-funded training.
