Ohio AutoCare is seeking an experienced, motivated Automotive Center Assistant Manager to join our
team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has strong automotive knowledge, excellent
customer service skills, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
•
Assist the Center Manager with day-to-day operations
Train, mentor, and support technicians and service staff
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure repairs meet our standards
Ensure thorough vehicle inspections are completed on every vehicle
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly
Help maintain an efficient, organized, and productive shop
Work alongside technicians performing diagnostics and repairs as needed
Qualifications:
•
Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Previous automotive repair experience required
Must have your own tools
Strong knowledge of:
Brake systems
Steering and suspension
Vehicle diagnostics
Electrical systems
Welding
Preventive maintenance and general automotive repairs
ASE Certifications are a plus, but not required
