At this rate of pay, there should be no excuses. We need a professional.

To hopefully save us both time, you should be able to:
1. You have replaced more parts than you can count. Example, you should have replaced hundreds and hundreds of ball joints, not 8 of them.
2. You don't have to borrow tools all the time. You have lots of tools, not 3k worth.
3. Produce 30-50 hours of labor a week.
4. Timing belts, chains, cylinder heads, transmissions, intake manifolds etc.

If you want stability, this is the shop. You will be paid on time, every week, without question. During the holidays, we pretty much shut down. In 2025 we had 8 days off paid. We want loyalty, and in return you will be treated right. This isn't a corporate store. We understand your kid got sick and you had to take off. I'm not going to dock your pay. If you stay a little late, consider that we are lenient with you and your life.
