Automotive Paint Prepper

We are seeking an experienced Paint Prepper to prepare vehicles for the refinishing process. You will ensure every vehicle is flawlessly prepped, masked, and finished to guarantee a top-tier paint application.
Key Responsibilities:

• Masking: Tape and mask off areas not being painted to protect from overspray.
• Sanding & Prep: Clean, sand, and block vehicles using proper grits and techniques.
• Chip & Scratch Repair: Mix and apply body filler, glaze, or primer to fix chips, scratches, and minor imperfections.
• Cut & Buff: Perform post-paint color sanding, cutting, and buffing to eliminate imperfections and deliver a mirror-like finish.
• Quality Control: Inspect final prep work to ensure a seamless transition to the paint booth.

Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. climb stairs, and walk distances
