Job Summery

The top classic car automotive shop in Houston is seeking an administrative project assistant who is highly energetic, extremely outgoing and whose personality takes up the whole room! This is a back office position for someone who is ambitious, assertive, responsible, highly organized, and detail orientated. Bilingual is a plus but not required!

The ideal candidate has worked at local automotive part suppliers such as O'reilly, Auto Zone, Advance, XL Parts, dealerships. etc. and is familiar with part ordering system. This person knows the basic parts of a vehicle as related to repair services.
Tattoos are welcome, eclectic personalities are welcome... this is a no judgement work environment great for those looking for an opportunity to blossom.

This role combines office assistant clerical duties with onsite project support, ensuring smooth professional operations while providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, able to work in software and systems, and possess strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment. Experience with social media marketing, creating and editing posts and social engagement is a plus but not required!
