AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANAGER / SHOP COORDINATOR

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | $60,000–$75,000

Lookin-Nu Auto Sales is looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Parts Manager / Shop Coordinator to join our team.

We are a family-owned, established automotive company specializing in vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, wholesale/retail sales, and automotive repair.

This is not simply a parts-counter position. This is a key position in our day-to-day operation. We are looking for someone with strong automotive knowledge who can take ownership of the parts process, work closely with our technicians and vendors, assist customers, and help keep a busy shop running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Researching and ordering automotive parts
Comparing parts, pricing, and availability from multiple vendors
Receiving and checking parts for accuracy
Working closely with technicians regarding parts and repair needs
Communicating with parts vendors and suppliers
Assisting with daily shop workflow and organization
Answering phones and assisting repair customers
Helping coordinate repair work and customer needs
Opening and closing the facility
Assisting with general day-to-day shop operations
Pitching in wherever needed — we are a small business and work as a team

Parts returns and credit tracking are handled with assistance from our office staff.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Automotive experience is required.

We are looking for someone with solid automotive knowledge and previous experience in automotive parts, service, repair, collision, dealership operations, automotive recycling or a similar automotive environment.

Parts management, service writing, estimating or repair shop experience is a plus.

The right person will be:

Accurate when researching and ordering parts
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Able to communicate well with technicians, vendors and customers
Willing to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Willing to help wherever needed as part of a small team
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:

Full-Time

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–6:00 PM
NO WEEKENDS

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
