Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay Range: $65,000 – $105,000/year (Competitive hourly rate or flat rate + bonus potential based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Execute routine maintenance, brake jobs, suspension work, and engine repairs.

Clearly document diagnostic findings and recommended repairs for service advisor.

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to all shop safety standards.

Mentor junior technicians and assist with shop efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years as an automotive technician in a professional shop setting.

Certifications: ASE certifications preferred (or a willingness to earn them with our financial support).

Skills: Proficient with modern diagnostic scanners and hand/power tools.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own set of tools.

Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a pride in quality workmanship.
