Automotive Repair Technician

We are looking for a recent graduate of an automotive tech college or one who is close who has approximately 2 years of automotive training and hands on shop experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a professional shop environment!

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles.

Perform brake, suspension, steering, and general automotive repairs.
Service and repair automotive air conditioning systems.
Use scan tools and other diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
Perform routine maintenance services and vehicle inspections.
Document repair recommendations and completed work accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications

Preferred Graduate of an automotive technical college or equivalent training preferred.
Approximately 2 years of automotive repair experience (including internship or shop experience).
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
Experience using scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment.
Must own a basic set of personal automotive tools.
Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record.
Honest, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills.
