Santa Monica Motors is a busy, family-owned automotive repair facility with a reputation for honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience

Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
Help maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for both customers and coworkers
Qualifications

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy shop
Comfortable using computers and shop management software
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license
