Kaneohe Autocare is seeking an experienced automotive professional for an immediate, full-time opening at our shop located at
46-148 Kahuhipa Street.
Are you a veteran technician looking to step away from wrenching but want to keep utilizing your extensive diagnostic knowledge? This role is the perfect transition. You will focus entirely on diagnosing vehicles, writing up estimates, and stepping in to explain technical repairs to customers when our front office team needs your expertise.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $40.00 - $50.00 Hourly Pay (Salary options available depending on extensive experience)

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy your weekends off!)

📋 Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle problems accurately and efficiently.
• Create repair estimates based on diagnoses.
• Provide technical support to office receptionists for complex customer questions.
• Interact with customers face-to-face or over the phone to explain repair needs when required.

👋 Ideal Candidate

• Possesses long-term, extensive experience in the automotive field.
• Ready to transition away from physical labor/working on vehicles into a diagnostic and advisory role.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers.

📜Licenses
•ASE License and Hawaii Safety Check License required (or a strong willingness to take the exams and obtain them quickly).
