Automotive Service Advisor / Former Technician Preferred – $35–$45/hr – No Weekends (Greenpoint)

Looking for a strong automotive service advisor to join our team at a busy neighborhood repair shop in Greenpoint.

We’d especially love someone with previous technician or diagnostic experience who understands how repairs actually work and can communicate clearly with both customers and technicians.

This role will be one of the main communication points between the front office and the shop, helping keep jobs moving and customers updated throughout the repair process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking with customers throughout the repair process
• Writing estimates and explaining recommendations clearly
• Following up on approvals and helping keep workflow moving
• Helping coordinate between technicians and the front office
• Scheduling appointments and customer communication throughout the day
• Helping maintain an organized and professional environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous service advisor, technician, foreman, or automotive shop experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics
• Honest and professional communication style
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and team-oriented

What We Offer:

• $35–$45/hr depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• No weekends
