We keep our bays full, our technicians happy, and our workflow smooth. We are looking for a sharp, motivated Service Advisor / Writer to join our team immediately and run the front counter.

- Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document symptoms on repair orders.
- Act as the vital bridge between customers and technicians—translating technical diagnoses into clear, value-driven explanations.
- Build comprehensive, accurate repair estimates utilizing parts suppliers and labor guides.
- Prioritize and present service recommendations ethically, maximizing Hours Per Repair Order (HPRO).
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing clear updates on vehicle status and managing expectations.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or service writer (independent shop or dealership experience required).
- Strong understanding of automotive components, basic mechanics, and routine maintenance schedules.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience with modern shop management systems (Shopmonkey, Tekmetric, Mitchell1) and DVI platforms (Shop-Ware, AutoVitals) is highly preferred.
