M Diesel Services LLC is a growing, family-owned automotive and diesel repair shop in Vancouver, WA. We take pride in honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and treating our customers and employees with respect.
We're looking for a dependable, organized person with good communication skills who wants to build a career with our team. Automotive experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a good attitude and a strong work ethic.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns
- Write estimates, repair orders, and invoices
- Communicate repair recommendations to customers
- Work with technicians to coordinate repairs
- Obtain customer authorization and provide repair updates
- Schedule work and follow up with customers
- Keep repair orders and customer records organized
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
- Dependability, honesty, and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
- Teamwork and a willingness to learn
- Service writing or shop software experience is a plus
- ASE certification is a plus, but not required
