Ice Cold Air Complete Auto Repair on Sligh Avenue is looking for a strong, results-driven Service Manager to take an already high-volume shop to the next level of profitability. This location has the car count and opportunity; now it needs a leader who can grow sales ethically, develop the team, and tighten up processes so every customer and every ticket counts.

As the Service Manager, you will:

Lead the front-of-house team with clear goals and daily coaching.

Drive sales by properly presenting inspections, building value in recommended services, and improving close rates and average repair order.

Monitor key metrics (car count, hours per RO, GP%, labor and parts sales) and take action to improve them week over week.

Ensure an excellent customer experience with strong communication, clear expectations, and timely follow-up.

Maintain shop flow, coordinate dispatch, and support accurate, efficient estimating and parts sourcing.

Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

What you bring:

3+ years managing an Independent Automotive Service Center or high-performing service advisor team in auto repair.

Proven track record of growing sales and hitting profitability targets.

Strong people skills: able to coach, hold the team accountable, and build trust with customers.

Solid understanding of automotive repair, shop operations, and KPIs.
