Job Requirements:

Must Be Bilingual (English - Spanish)
Service advisory management experience required
Generating service orders estimations and quotes for customers
Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
Conducting post-repair follow-up
Manage other employee's
Resolving customer complaints
CSI focused
