Automotive Service Technician

SeaPort Auto Wholesale is hiring an experienced Mid-Level Automotive Technician!

We are looking for a skilled automotive technician who has solid repair experience and is comfortable diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles. This is a great opportunity for a technician who has developed strong mechanical skills and wants to continue building their diagnostic abilities.

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical automotive problems
Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and engine repairs
Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Troubleshoot drivability and electrical concerns
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Perform quality control checks on completed repairs
Assist other technicians with difficult repairs or diagnostics when needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:
4+ years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts
Comfortable using automotive scan tools and diagnostic equipment
Ability to work independently
Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
Valid Driver License (Driving record acceptable to our insurance)
