What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician inspections.
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service.
• Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor/service writer experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and repair terminology.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
