Compensation: Competitive Hourly Base + Production Bonus Structure (DOE)

Budd & Co., an established and highly respected automotive repair facility located at the intersection of MLK Jr. Way and Rainier Ave, is seeking an experienced, professional B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics: Efficiently diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using advanced scan tools.
• Repair & Service: Perform high-quality repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, and climate control systems.
• Maintenance: Execute comprehensive vehicle inspections, fluid flushes, and scheduled factory maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (B-Level).
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with modern scan equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative shop team.
