About Us

UNAVI USA, Inc. designs and manufactures Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, GPS navigation, and dash cam solutions that integrate seamlessly with factory vehicle systems — supporting brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia. We're a certified Tier-1 vendor for Nissan Korea and Infiniti Motor Company.

Headquartered in South Korea with our U.S. office in Tustin, CA, we've provided sales, installation, and tech support since 2009. As we grow, we're looking for motivated people to join our team — no experience required, just the right attitude.

We care more about work ethic than a resume. If you're motivated, reliable, and genuinely want to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know. Full training provided — you'll work directly under supervision while you learn, then take on more independence as you grow.

What You'll Do

Install our products in test and customer vehicles

Provide tech support to customers and other technicians by phone or text
Learn our products inside and out — compatibility, installation methods, troubleshooting
Help document installation procedures for manuals and training videos
Support customer service and sales as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn — this matters more than experience
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Comfortable talking with customers and communicating clearly
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Able to work outdoors
Clean driving record and valid CA driver's license
Able to lift 75 lbs
Willing to drive within ~100 miles of Tustin, CA when needed

Prior automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Perks

Up to $50,000/yr (negotiable based on experience) + Bonus Pay Program

Company vehicle provided for travel when necessary
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location

Must be able to reliably commute to Tustin, CA 92780, or be planning to relocate before starting.
