Automotive Technical Support Specialist

American Transmissions is looking for an experienced ASE Certified Technician (or an equivalent highly experienced technician) to join our growing Technical Support Team.

What You’ll Do
-Assist customers by phone with technical support and troubleshooting
-Diagnose automotive and drivetrain concerns using customer-provided information
-Provide accurate repair recommendations and technical guidance
-Work closely with customers while keeping our companies’ best interests in mind
-Be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer support

Qualifications:
-ASE Certification (preferred) or 20+ years of automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
-Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent communication and phone skills
-Customer service focused
-Willingness to learn a new role and grow with the company
-Team-oriented attitude
-Good listening skills and the ability to diagnose based on the information provided
-Basic computer proficiency
