G3 Transmission and Auto is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician in Smithville, MO.
We are a growing, family- and veteran-owned independent repair shop. We are expanding our full-service automotive repair side while keeping our strong transmission and diesel roots. We work on gas and diesel vehicles, including daily drivers, trucks, SUVs, and work vehicles.
This position will include general automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance, transmission R&R work, and diesel work as needed. Transmission rebuilding experience is not required, but you must be comfortable removing and installing transmissions or be willing and able to learn.
We are not trying to be just another repair shop. We are building a professional, team-first company with strong systems, clear communication, a real sales process, quality work, and long-term growth. We are laid back, we have fun, but we take the work, the customer, and the future of the business seriously.
We are building G3 to be the consumer’s shop — the place people trust with their own vehicles and the vehicles their family and friends drive. That means honest recommendations, clear inspections, good documentation, and quality work.
