Heavy Line / Powertrain Technician Wanted (No Corporate BS)
If you are tired of working for a corporate shop run by managers who don't even know how to use a screwdriver, this is the place for you. We don't have time for corporate politics, micromanagement, or jumping through hoops.
We are completely buried in work because our customers trust us. Because of that, we already have people to handle basic brake pads, oil changes, and quick strut assemblies. We don't need anyone for that.
We need a true powertrain heavy line technician who wants to do real wrenching.
Our Shop Setup:
We run a high-volume, independent specialty shop. We choose to invest our money into top-tier diagnostic tools, heavy-duty rigging, and high-quality parts rather than bloated corporate storefronts or unnecessary showroom floors. Because of our custom setup, we handle our powertrain extractions and major heavy-line swaps old-school style using professional ground-rigging, heavy-duty jacks, and shop cranes. It takes an advanced technician with elite technique to work this setup—and that’s exactly who we are looking for.
What We Need:
- Real Heavy Wrenching: You must be completely confident pulling motors, swapping transmissions, and tearing down major components.
- Independence: You have your own tools, you know your sequence, and you can get an engine or transmission swap done without someone holding your hand.
- Problem Solvers: Mechanics who know how to outsmart a tough job rather than complaining that they don't have a multi-million dollar dealership rack to lean on.
