We are adding more technicians to our team!! We are an independent shop in Sanford, NC with a tremendous customer base!

An Experienced Tech can expect:

•FLAT RATE Commission of $30-$50/hour based on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate(s) should have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models. The role involves performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Capable of performing complete R&R of Engines and Transmissions
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and propose necessary repairs or replacements.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and interpret malfunctions in engines, transmission systems, and other vehicle components.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and new repair techniques through continuous training and professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts personnel, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a commitment to a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
• We have a great repeat customer base---plenty of car count to keep you busy!
• We keep all shop equipment up to date and in working order so you can do your job more efficiently!
