Diagnose common automotive problems and identify needed repairs.
Use shop equipment, scan tools, and diagnostic information to assist with troubleshooting.
Recognize when a repair requires additional diagnostic support or assistance from another technician.
Communicate repair findings and additional concerns to the shop owner or service advisor.
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Keep your work area, tools, and shop equipment clean, organized and maintained.
Follow proper safety procedures and established repair practices.
Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented shop environment.

Previous hands-on automotive repair experience or relevant technical training (minimum 2 years)
A solid understanding of brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance services, and basic automotive diagnostics.
The ability to complete assigned repairs with reasonable independence.
Familiarity with automotive tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment.
A willingness to ask questions, learn new skills, and accept feedback.
Reliability, punctuality, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
Someone who treats customer vehicles with care and takes pride in doing the job right.
A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
ASE certifications or automotive trade school experience are a plus, but not required.

What We Offer

Competitive pay based on your experience and abilities.

A small-shop environment where your work matters and your contributions are noticed.
Direct communication with ownership and a team that works together.
The opportunity to build your diagnostic and repair skills. (Training Provided)
A steady amount of vehicles and repair work.
A workplace that values quality over cutting corners.
Opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance as your skills grow.
After the Probation Period Paid time off will be earned.
Performance Based Pay incentives
1 week paid vacation after 6 months
Weekends and Major Holidays off

We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes responsibility for their repairs, and understands that a good shop depends on everyone doing their part.
You don't need to know everything, but you do need a solid foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to recognize when you need help. We value good attitude, honesty, and work ethic just as much as technical ability.
If you're looking for a shop where you can be part of a team, take pride in your work, and continue growing as a technician, we'd like to hear from you.
